It might take up to 48 hours to process your payment. When the transaction is cleared and your item is in stock, delivery will usually be received within 5 -14 workings days of your order (depending on your location).

Products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. We also reserve the right to vary prices without notice.

Returns Policy
Books – If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a book purchased from TheGrandDesign, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received it, and we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the book. This does not affect your statutory rights.
CDs, Tapes – If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a CD/Tape purchased from TheGrandDesign, you can return it to us within 7 days of the date your received it, in its originally packaging, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the CD/Tape. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Electronic Downloads (PDF, MP3, Zip) – If, for any reason, you are unhappy with purchased electronic version of the Item you must notify us immediately within a day of receipt by email, and we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before the item is dispatched, you should contact us by email: admin@paddymcmahon.com as soon as possible.

If your cancellation request is received after the item has been dispatch just send it back to us unopened and we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
